Mr Gunz is the founder of FTI Group, the 3rd largest tour operator/travel company in Europe, with a strong focus on operational activities in the Middle East, Africa the Mediterranean. With 40 years of entrepreneurship in the leisure tourism sector, he has been pioneering the industry with visionary leadership proven strong business acumen. He has been a key player in the industry for decades. Mr Gunz's first tour operator was Frosch Touristik which he started in Munich in 1983. Since then, he has founded led multiple successful companies. In 1996 he founded FTI Touristik, With an integrated corporate model, Mr Gunz launched many companies within the group, including the Destination Management Group, Meeting Point International, the hotel management company MP Hotels, several travel technology companies serving the industry. Mr Gunz, with four decades of top-level industry position, has been a keynote speaker at several industry events working closely with top officials of several countries for destination development. Temple Tree Investment is his newly founded company aiming to provide a new dimension to the hospitality and tourism sectors.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, today Aline oversees TTIG head office day-to-day strategic business operation with all its subsidiaries. Over the years Aline has positivity impacted the performance of the different industry businesses she has led through business efficiency and productivity. She has intensive domestic and international experience in market growth and expansion. Aline holds an Executive MBA from Hult Business School- Dubai, UAE. In 2019 Aline has been selected one of the 30th most influential Arab Women in the world by Arabian Business. She was a Board Member of the EMBA program of American University of Dubai from 2018 to 2021.
